This Acceptable Use & Prohibited Listings policy is part of Webba’s Terms of Service. It sets out what may not be listed or done on Webba. We enforce it with automated abuse controls (including rate limiting and spam detection) and by removing content or access.

Prohibited listings

Do not list, or attempt to sell, a domain that:

  • you do not own or otherwise have the right and authority to sell and transfer;
  • infringes, or whose obvious use would infringe, a trademark, copyright, or other third-party right, or that is designed to impersonate a person, brand, or organization;
  • is described falsely or misleadingly (wrong name, invented history, fabricated traffic or value), or is priced to manipulate or deceive;
  • is primarily used or intended for phishing, malware distribution, spam, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

Prohibited conduct

Do not:

  • post fraudulent offers or messages, or manipulate negotiations, pricing, or the appearance of demand;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority;
  • send spam, harassing, or abusive messages through the inquiry or messaging tools;
  • attempt to move an agreed transaction off-platform to evade the escrow process or these policies;
  • probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, its security, or its abuse controls, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.

Enforcement

We may remove a listing or message, restrict or block an email address or network address, decline to facilitate a transaction, and suspend access, where we reasonably believe this policy has been broken or to protect users and the platform. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

To report a listing you believe infringes your intellectual-property rights, use our Intellectual Property & Complaints process. To report other abuse, contact hello@webba.com.
